Refund Policy

No Refunds: ApePouches does not offer refunds on purchases made through Home – Apepouches, except in cases where there is an error in shipment or proof that the product’s purity does not meet the specifications listed on our site.
Return Conditions: Refunds will be issued only after the items are returned to us at the buyer’s expense. Due to the nature of our research products, we cannot ascertain the conditions they are subjected to once they leave our facility.
Missing Products: If a product is missing from your order, contact us immediately. After verifying your claim, we will send the missing product(s).

Undeliverable Orders

Lost in Transit: If your order is lost during transit, we will send a replacement based on the courier’s criteria for lost items as indicated in your tracking information.
Marked as Delivered: If your Order Tracking states ‘Delivered’ but you have not received your order, first check with your local post office. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at Home – Apepouches.

Redelivery Fee for Returned Orders

Incorrect Information: If your order is returned due to incorrect or insufficient delivery information provided by you, or if the goods are undeliverable through no fault of Home – Apepouches, we may charge a redelivery fee equal to the cost of redelivery.
Timely Collection: Ensure you provide correct postal information and collect your items from your local post office in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.
Third-Party Delivery: All deliveries are handled by third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or service levels.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Responsibility: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after tracking information confirms successful delivery. Members are responsible for their orders from the moment the package is marked as ‘out for delivery’ until it is delivered.

Seized Shipments & Customs (International Orders)

Seized Shipments: If a shipment is seized, we will offer a one-time free reshipment. If the item is seized again, we will not refund the order but can offer a reshipment or store credit. Customs Fees: Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged upon arrival at the final destination. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be covered by ApePouches.
Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. For more details on charges, please contact your local customs office.

Cancel or Modify an Order

Modification: To modify your order, email us as soon as possible after placing it. We can modify your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Cancellation: Our team will assist with order cancellation and issue a refund in the form of future store credits.
